In Startrail PORT, the authority to issue Startrail NFTs called Startrail Registry Records (SRRs) is called a "license." Once you receive a license registration, you will have a "License User" account (contract account) that enables you to issue and manage SRRs.
To maintain data quality on Startrail, Startrail PORT grants licenses to accounts that have passed a review process. Since these accounts have passed the review process, they can prove the authenticity of the issuer. Accounts that have been granted a license can operate their own License User as a License Owner.
License information is registered on the blockchain, so the license name and the Ethereum address of the owner account (EOA) that manages that license become public information.
What You Can Do with License Registration
