This article explains how to purchase subscription plans in Startrail PORT.
Before Purchasing
Before purchasing a subscription plan, please confirm the following:
- Account registration has been completed
- License review has been approved
- You have reviewed and understand the content and pricing structure of each plan
New Plan Purchase Procedure
1. Access Dashboard
- Log in to Startrail PORT
- After logging in, the dashboard screen will be displayed
2. Navigate to Plan Selection Screen
- Click "Account Information" in the bottom left menu of the dashboard
- Click "Quotas & Billing" on the right side of the registered license list to navigate to the plan and billing information page
- Navigate to the plan selection screen from "Get More Quotas"
3. Plan Selection
- Review the multiple plan options displayed
- Plan pricing differs depending on whether NFC tags are sticker type or card type
- Please switch the NFC tag type according to your preference
- You cannot purchase a combination of NFC tag types. You must purchase one type of NFC tag or the other
- Each plan displays the following information:
- Monthly fee
- Number of SRRs that can be issued monthly
- Types and available quantities of NFC tags that can be used monthly
- Included features and services
Note: SRR issuance rights and NFC tags can be carried over to the following month
- Click the "Subscribe" button for your desired plan
4. Enter NFC Tag Shipping Address
- Enter the shipping address for NFC tags
- Review the content and click the confirm button
- Click the "Proceed to Payment" button
- You will automatically be redirected to the external payment service "Stripe" page
5. Enter Payment Information
Confirm the plan amount and enter credit card information (card number, expiration date, security code)
6. Purchase Completion
- Click the "Subscribe" button to complete the procedure
- Once payment processing is complete, you will automatically return to the dashboard screen and a purchase completion screen will be displayed
A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address
After Purchase
- The subscription becomes active immediately
- SRR issuance and management functions become available from the dashboard
- You can check remaining usage quota and validity period from "Account Settings" → "Quotas & Billing" in the bottom left of the dashboard
- By further navigating to the "Billing Portal," you can check your active plan and payment methods
- NFC tags corresponding to your plan will be mailed to you later
