This article explains how to cancel subscription plans in Startrail PORT and the impact after cancellation.
What to Check Before Cancellation
Before canceling your subscription, please confirm the following points:
- Even if you cancel immediately after purchasing a plan, the current month's fee will not be refunded
- How many unused SRR issuance rights you have (unused SRR issuance rights will be immediately forfeited after cancellation)
- You must dispose of unused NFC tags yourself
Subscription Cancellation Procedure
1. Access "Account Information"
- Click "Account Information" in the bottom left menu of the dashboard
2. Navigate to Plan Management Screen
- Click "Quotas & Billing" on the right side of the registered license list to navigate to the plan and billing information page
3. Start and Confirm Cancellation Procedure
- Click the "Cancel Subscription" button at the bottom of the screen
- Cancellation-related precautions will be displayed
- Click the "Confirm" button to complete the procedure
- A cancellation completion confirmation screen will be displayed and a confirmation email will be sent to your registered address
4. Dispose of NFC Tags
Please dispose of any unused NFC tags remaining in your possession at the time of cancellation yourself.
Impact After Cancellation
Service Access
- After cancellation procedure, SRR issuance quota and NFC tags are immediately forfeited
Data Handling
- Data from issued SRRs is permanently stored on the blockchain
Recontract
- You can recontract with the same account even after cancellation
- When recontracting, NFC tags that were unused during the previous contract cannot be used
Important Notes
- There are no refunds for the contract period even after cancellation
