Note: This applies to legacy Startrail PORT accounts created with email address and password. Email/password account creation is no longer supported as of May 2025.

Select "Continue with email" on the login screen.
- Click on "Don't remember your password?" at the bottom of the pop-up window.

Enter the email address you used to create your account and click on "SEND EMAIL”.

Open the password reset link from the email titled "パスワード変更の依頼を受け付けました/Password Change Request" sent to the email address you entered in Step 3.

Enter a new password for reset.

Your password reset is now completed.
