Startrail Registry Records (SRRs) issued prior to fall 2021 (8 or 10 digit SRR IDs) are not supported for display in OpenSea. In rare cases, SRR IDs with 12 digits are not supported. We plan to support those unsupported SRRs in the future, but if you are in a hurry, please contact our support team.
If thumbnails are not displayed, it is possible that the metadata is not properly reflected on the OpenSea side, so please try reloading the metadata on OpenSea.
