If your Startrail Registry Record (SRR) is not displayed on your dashboard, the following causes are possible:
- The seller has not transferred the SRR
- If the seller has not transferred the SRR, please contact the seller and request them to execute the transfer.
- You are logged in to a different account than the SRR transfer destination
- Please verify that you are logged in to the account with the same email address or Ethereum address that was specified as the SRR transfer destination.
- The SRR transfer process is still in progress
- If you created your Startrail PORT account for the first time when receiving the transferred SRR, the transfer process may take some time to complete from execution to completion. (This is because the process begins triggered by account creation.) Please wait some time and try logging in again.
