In addition to basic artwork information, Startrail PORT allows you to add various files related to artworks to the Startrail Registry Record (SRR). This feature works by recording the URLs of uploaded files on the blockchain, permanently storing this information in the SRR. This enables more detailed recording and preservation of artwork value and authenticity.
File Types and Access Permissions
Public Files
Access Permission: Anyone who knows the file URL can view it
Examples:
- Additional artwork images (angles other than thumbnails, partial photos)
- Detailed photos of the artwork's back, sides, etc.
- Digital artwork data files (video, music, interactive files, etc.)
- Photos and videos documenting the artwork creation process
Private Files
Access Permission: Only viewable by SRR issuer and current owner
Examples:
- Photos of artist's handwritten signatures
- Paper-based artwork certificates, appraisals, sales certificates
- Installation instructions and exhibition models for installation works
- Restoration history documents
- Artist consent signatures when contract terms are applied to SRR on behalf of the artist
- Other confidential related materials
File Category Selection
When uploading artwork-related files, please select the appropriate category based on the file's nature. Setting categories makes it easier to organize and classify files, and helps viewers understand the file content.
Category Types
- Additional Images: Artwork images other than thumbnails, photos of artwork components, photos of the back and sides of the artwork, etc.
- Digital Content: Data files of the digital artwork itself (video data, music files, etc.)
- Paper Certificates: Paper-issued artwork certificates, sales certificates, etc.
- Artwork Instructions: Installation instructions, exhibition models, etc.

Supported Files
- File Format: No restrictions (images, videos, audio, documents, 3D files, etc.)
- Number of Files: No restrictions
- Data Capacity: Limited according to your plan
Permissions and Restrictions
- File Addition Permission: SRR issuer only
- Important Restriction: No new files can be added after files are finalized
- View/Download Permission: SRR issuer and current owner only
