If you do not see any Startrail Registry Record (SRR) on your dashboard, the following are possible reasons:
- The distributor has not transferred the SRRs.
- If the distributor has not transferred the SRR, please ask the distributor to do so.
- If the distributor has not transferred the SRR, please ask the distributor to do so.
- You are logged in with a different account than the one to which the SRR was transferred.
- Please check if you are logged in to an account with the same email address or Ethereum address that you specified as the SRR transfer destination.
- Please check if you are logged in to an account with the same email address or Ethereum address that you specified as the SRR transfer destination.
- The SRR transfer process is taking a while to complete.
- If you are creating a Startrail PORT account for the first time through an SRR transfer procedure, the transferring process will take a little time to complete as the transfer is triggered by account creation. Please allow a few minutes to a few hours and try logging in again.
