When an Artwork File is added, the Startrail Registry Record(SRR) issuer must confirm and finalize the contents before transferring the SRR to the next person. This file confirmation process completes the recording of the file on the blockchain.
Attention
*This confirmation procedure is mandatory. Please note that if the SRR is transferred to the next person without confirming the artwork file, the related file will not be reflected in the SRR thereafter.
*Only the SRR issuer can confirm the artwork file.
Procedure for checking and confirming artwork files

Click the dropdown menu in the upper left and select your issuer license name.

Click “SRR Issuance”

Click the "Issued" tab on the screen, then click on the "︙" on the artwork icon you wish to review, and then click on "Artwork Files".

Please download the attached data and check the contents of the file. ※ File opening depends on your device’s environment and browser application.

Click "Confirm Files" at the bottom of the screen.

Click "Confirm File" on the next screen below.
※ After the confirmation, the file information (not the data in the file itself but the hashed value of the file) will be written to the blockchain and recorded semi-permanently. (For more information on hashing file information, please click here.)
※ Once the file is confirmed, it cannot be amended or deleted.

Finally, you will be asked to sign a consent to record the artwork files information on the blockchain. Click "Confirm" to access the next screen.
The confirmation of Artwork Files is now completed.
※ If you created your Startrail PORT account with a Google account or an email address, an automatic email with details will be sent to you as the approver of the Artwork Files. Please set up your account to allow receiving emails from the domain "@startbahn.io" as it may reach your Spam mail.
