How can I log in with MetaMask?

The behavior differs depending on the device you are using. Please see below for instructions on how to create an account on the device you plan to use.

• When using a PC
• When using a smartphone or other mobile device

Attention

• Please note that you need to log in the way you have signed up for the first time. 
• During this process, several pop-up windows will appear. If your log-in does not move to the next screen after a while, reload the page and try the same operation again.
• If your browser blocks pop-ups or disables cookies, you may not access the pop-ups. In that case, please change the setting by referring to Troubleshooting.

When using a PC

Go to the Startrail PORT login page.

1. Please enable MetaMask in your browser extension and unlock it.
   
   
2. Click “Continue with MetaMask.”
   • If the next screen does not appear shortly, please reload the page.
     
3. MetaMask will open and ask for your signature. Please click “Sign”.
   • If you have multiple MetaMask accounts, please make sure that the account you used when you signed up.
     
4. Your log-in is complete once you access your dashboard screen.

When using a smartphone or other mobile device

Go to the Startrail PORT login page.

1. Click on "Continue with MetaMask".
   
   
   
2. MetaMask application will launch. First, make sure you have connected your MetaMask account to Startrail PORT.
   • Click here for instructions on how to connect MetaMask.
3. The login page will appear in the browser within the MetaMask app. Click "Continue with MetaMask" again.
   
4. You will be asked to sign.
   • If you have more than one MetaMask account, please make sure that you have the correct account to link.
     
     
     
5. When the dashboard appears in the browser within the MetaMask application, your login is complete.
