Check and confirm your received SRR
Login to your Startrail PORT account. Find the work’s SRR icon on your dashboard, and click on the thumbnail to view the details of the work. If the work has an NFC tag attached, you can check the work’s information by scanning it with a smart mobile device. For more information on how to view SRR, please click here.
*When receiving your SRR, the system may take some time to process and the work’s SRR icon may not be displayed even if you have logged in. In that case, please try again after some time.
Transfer the work and SRR to the next owner
In case the work changes ownership, please transfer the SRR from your Startrail PORT account to the next owner, and if the work has an NFC tag attached, please do not forget to pass the NFC tag to the next owner as well. For how to transfer SRR, please click here.
